AI Voice Assistants

AI Voice Agents

Every missed call is a customer who called someone else.

Natural LanguageContextual MemorySeamless Handoff

Most businesses lose more revenue to the phone than to their competitors. A call that rings out at 7pm, a lead that gets a voicemail box, an enquiry answered four hours late by someone who has already moved on — none of it shows up in a dashboard, which is exactly why it never gets fixed.

An AI voice agent closes that gap. It picks up on the first ring, at any hour, in any volume. It knows your services, your pricing bands, and your availability. It qualifies the caller, answers what it can answer, books what should be booked, and escalates what needs a human — with a full transcript waiting in your CRM before the call has finished disconnecting.

We engineer these from scratch against your actual call patterns. Not a chatbot with a phone number attached.

What we build

Inbound reception

The agent answers, identifies why the caller is there, and routes accordingly. Common questions get answered on the spot. Qualified enquiries get booked straight into your calendar. Anything outside its remit is transferred live to a human with the context already summarised.

Outbound qualification

Follow-up calls to inbound leads, no-show recovery, appointment confirmation, and re-engagement of stale pipeline. The agent works a list the way a junior SDR would, at a volume no junior SDR could sustain.

Multilingual handling

Agents that switch language mid-call based on how the caller speaks. For most Indian businesses this is the difference between a lead that converts and a lead that hangs up.

CRM and calendar integration

Every call writes back: transcript, intent classification, qualification score, next action. If it doesn't reach your system of record, it didn't happen.

Escalation logic

The hardest part of a voice agent isn't the talking — it's knowing when to stop. We define the boundaries explicitly and tune them against real call recordings until the handoffs are clean.

How it gets built

01

System Diagnosis

We listen to your actual calls. Volume, timing, the five questions that come up every day, the point where callers drop off.

02

Fracture Analysis

We find where the revenue is leaking. Usually it's after-hours, overflow during peak, or the follow-up nobody has time for.

03

Architectural Blueprint

Conversation design, voice selection, integration map, escalation rules. You approve this before a line is written.

04

Engineering & Launch

Build, test against recorded calls, soft-launch on a subset of traffic, then full cutover.

05

Track and Manage

Weekly transcript review for the first month. Voice agents get better by being corrected, not by being left alone.

06

Scale & Dominate

Outbound, additional languages, additional call types.

Where this pays for itself

You already know your close rate on calls you answer. The arithmetic is whatever that rate is, applied to the calls you currently don't.

For most of the businesses we build these for, the agent covers its cost somewhere between the second and the fifth recovered deal. After that it's margin — and it does not call in sick, take leave, or need retraining when someone resigns.

Questions, answered.

Will callers know they're talking to an AI?

Some will, most won't, and we don't recommend hiding it. The agents we build identify themselves when asked. In practice callers care far more about being answered immediately and getting a straight answer than about who is on the other end.

What happens when it doesn't know something?

It says so and transfers. We define those boundaries during the blueprint phase and tighten them during the first month of live calls. An agent that confidently invents an answer is worse than no agent at all, so we tune hard in the other direction.

Can it work with our existing phone number?

Yes. We port or forward your existing line — you don't publish a new number and you don't lose the one your customers already have.

How long does deployment take?

Typical builds run two to four weeks from blueprint approval to live traffic, depending on integration complexity and how many call types you want covered at launch.

What about our CRM?

If it has an API, we integrate it. If it doesn't, we'll tell you that during diagnosis rather than after you've paid for a build.
