CRM & Lead Management

One dashboard for every lead, every deal, every follow-up.

Most businesses don't lose deals to competitors. They lose them to their own admin — a lead that landed in a WhatsApp thread, a follow-up nobody owned, a proposal that sat unsent for a week because the person who had the details was on leave.

A CRM is supposed to prevent that. In practice most CRMs become another place to type things, which is why teams quietly stop using them and revert to spreadsheets and memory.

The difference is whether the system captures information as a by-product of work, or demands it as extra work. We build the first kind.

What we build

Unified lead capture

Website forms, calls, WhatsApp, email, ads and referrals all landing in one place, tagged with where they came from.

Automatic enrichment and routing

Leads scored and assigned before anyone looks at them, with the owner notified immediately.

Pipeline design

Stages that match how you actually sell, not a default template you'll fight for two years.

Follow-up automation

Sequences that run on their own, escalate when a deal goes quiet, and stop the moment the prospect replies.

Reporting that answers questions

Where deals stall, which source produces revenue rather than volume, what's realistically closing this month.

Integration with everything else

Your site, your voice agents, your automations, your invoicing. The CRM should be the record, not an island.

How it gets built

01

System Diagnosis

How leads reach you now and what happens to each one. There are almost always more channels than anyone expects.

02

Fracture Analysis

Where leads go cold, where ownership is ambiguous, where data gets re-entered.

03

Architectural Blueprint

Pipeline stages, field structure, automation rules, permissions, integrations. Approved before build.

04

Engineering & Launch

Configured or built, migrated, tested with real records, then rolled out with your team walked through it.

05

Track and Manage

First-month adoption review. A CRM nobody uses is a failed project regardless of how well it was built.

06

Scale & Dominate

More automation, more integrations, more reporting depth as the pipeline grows.

What we won't do

We won't design a system that requires your salespeople to do data entry as a separate task. If it can be captured automatically, it should be. If it can't and it isn't essential, we leave the field out — every optional field is a field someone will leave blank and a report that will quietly be wrong.

Questions, answered.

Do we need a new CRM, or can you fix ours?

Often we can fix yours. Most CRM problems are configuration and process problems rather than product problems, and switching platforms is expensive and disruptive. We'll tell you which one you have.

Which CRM do you recommend?

It depends on your sales motion, team size and budget — we're not resellers for anyone, so the recommendation is based on fit rather than commission.

Can you migrate our existing data?

Yes, including deduplication and cleanup. Migrating a messy database faithfully just gives you the same mess in a nicer interface.

What about WhatsApp?

It's where a lot of Indian B2C and SMB sales actually happen, so we integrate it rather than pretending it isn't part of the pipeline.
